How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the workflow, not on a price list. A focused internal tool costs far less than a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Our ready-made systems start at ₹999 per month; for custom work we scope your requirement first and give you a written estimate before any development starts.
How long does development take?
We work in stages. You see the core workflow running first, then we add the rest. The timeline is agreed at the scope stage so you always know what lands when — and you are never waiting months to see something real.
Can you build the Android app and the web app together?
Yes, and that is how we prefer to build. RPOS Captain runs on the same database as its web application, so the floor staff's phone and the manager's screen never disagree.
Can you build SaaS products?
Yes. HMPL is a live multi-tenant SaaS product we built and run ourselves, with per-tenant data separation, roles, permissions and cloud backup.
Can you integrate AI into an existing system?
Usually yes, if the system's data is reachable. We start by finding one repetitive chain of work worth automating, rather than adding AI everywhere at once.
Can you integrate WhatsApp and payment gateways?
Yes. Our own products already send digital receipts and verify UPI and cash payments. Payment and messaging integrations are treated as part of the build, not an add-on.
Can you migrate our existing Excel or register data?
Yes. Send us your sheets or registers and we set the system up with your real data, so nobody starts on an empty screen.
Can you maintain the software after launch?
Yes. We stay on for updates, fixes and new features. Support after launch is part of how we work, not a separate sale.
Can you improve an application someone else built?
Yes. We audit the existing codebase first and tell you honestly whether fixing it or rebuilding the weak part is the better use of your money.
Can you build an MVP first?
That is usually our advice. Build the core workflow, put it in front of real users, then spend the rest of the budget on what they actually asked for.
Do you provide UI/UX design?
Yes, design is part of every build — screens are designed for the person using them daily, and you approve them before development starts.
Do you handle cloud setup and deployment?
Yes: hosting, domain, backups and Play Store publishing where an Android app is part of the project.
Can you work alongside our existing development team?
Yes. We can take one module, one app or one integration and work to your team's conventions and review process.
Who owns the code?
